I was a huge procrastinator because I wanted everything to be perfect. But then I decided done was better than perfect so I did the work and started seeing results. A few people lost my business this week because they broke the rules of successful customer engagement. If you can't be bothered to look up from your phone, follow up, or simply be Kind you really don't want my business or my referral. ----------------- Kindness counts just as much with customers as with your favorite cousin. It will make the difference between making the sale and NO SALE! ----------------- What will you do differently this weekend? Next week?
